摘  要:将 32只 7日龄 Wister大鼠随机分为正常对照组 (8只 )、缺氧缺血组 (12只 )、妥泰治疗组 (12只 )。缺氧缺血后即刻经胃管注入妥泰或生理盐水 ,2 4小时后检测各组脑含水量、伊文思蓝 (EB)含量及脑组织钠、钙含量。结果显示 ,缺氧缺血组脑含水量、EB含量及钠、钙含量明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;妥泰治疗组脑含水量、EB含量及总钠含量明显低于缺氧缺血组 (P<0 .0 1、0 .0 5、0 .0 5 )。证实妥泰能减轻缺氧缺血后脑组织中钠蓄积 ,降低血脑屏障的通透性 ,减轻脑水肿。32 wister rats of 7 days old were randomly divided into normal control group(n=8),hypoxic-ischemic(HI) group(n=12),TPM treated group(n=12) TPM or normal saline solution were administered by gastric tube right after HI insult In each group,brain water content,Even′s blue content,total natrium(TNa)and total calcium(TCa)were detected in 24 hours The results showed that brain water content,Even′s blue content,TNa and TCa in HI group were much higher than those in control group(P<0 01) Significant differences were observed between TPM-treated group and control group concerning brain water content,Even′s blue content and TNa(P<0 01,P<0 05,P<0 05) TPM may protect nerve cell from HI damage by reducing the accumulation of natrium,decreasing the permeability of blood brain barriers and alleviating cerebral edema
