空气净化对老年陈旧性心肌梗死患者血液流变学的改善作用

摘　　要：目的　探讨空气净化对老年陈旧性心肌梗死患者血液流变学的改善作用。方法　老年陈旧性心肌梗死患者 4 3例 ,分为空气净化组 2 4例和对照组 19例 ,空气净化组对病房进行 2 4h空气净化 ,对照组住普通病房。住院时和 1个月后抽血进行血液流变学检查并观察疗效。结果　空气净化 1个月后 ,患者临床症状有效率为 88% ,心电图改善率为 79% ;低切全血粘度、高切全血粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原与净化前比较均显著下降 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　对老年陈旧性心肌梗死患者进行空气净化治疗 ,能显著改善其血液流变学。Objective To explore the effect of air purification on hemorrheology in senile patients with obsolete myocardial infaction(OMI). Methods 43 cases with OMI were randomly divided into two groups:24 cases were living in wards where the air was purified 24 hours everyday as air purification group;19 were living in general wards as control group.The hemorrheology indexes were measured and compared when the patients admitted and discharged by hospital. Results One month later,the clinical symptoms and electrocardiography of air purification group were improved at 88% and 79% respectively.The hemorrheological indexes including the whole blood viscosity under low-shear and high-shear rate,plasma specific viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte electrophoretic time,hematocrit and fibrinogen etc were all markedly improved after the air purification.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion It suggests that the air purification can markedly improve the hemorrheology for OMI patients.
