摘 要:目的 研究柴芩感冒药对甲型流感病毒 (6 8 1,H3 N2 )与腺病毒 (AdV7)的体外抑制作用。方法 用微量细胞病变抑制法。按Reed Muench法计算 5 0 %病变抑制的药物浓度(IC50 ) ,实验重复 3次 ,并计算治疗指数 (TI)。结果 柴芩感冒药对甲型流感病毒 (6 8 1,H3 N2 )和AdV7的IC50 分别是(4 0 5± 3 5 3)、(33 11± 3 2 2 )mg/L。TI值分别是 2 1和2 6 5 ;对照西药利巴韦林注射液对甲型流感病毒 (6 8 1,H3 N2 )和AdV7的IC50 分别是 (2 6 7± 1 48)mg/L和 (18 17± 0 35 )mg/L。TI值分别是 79和 12 0 ;对照中药金莲清热颗粒对流感病毒 (6 8 1,H3 N2 )IC50 为 35 4。TI值为 18;对腺病毒AdV7的IC50 未测到 (无效 )。结论 柴芩感冒药既可抗甲型流感病毒 (6 8 1,H3 N2 ) ,又可抗腺病毒 (AdV7)。Objective To study the effects of chaiqin particles inhibiting influenza A virus (68-1,H 3N 2) and adenovirus (AdV 7) in vitro. Methods The anti-68-1 and anti-AdV 7 effects in MDCK and HeLa cell lines were observed by microcytopathic inhibiting test according to Reed-Muench method to calculate the medicinal concentration (ID 50 ) when 50 percent of cytopathy in inhibition, the experiment repeated in 3 times and the therapeutic index (TI) is calculated. Results IC 50 of chaiqin inhibiting AdV 7 and influenza A virus 68-1(H 3N 2) was (40.5±3.53) mg/L and (33.11±3.22) mg/L respectively and the TI 21 and 26.5 respectively, the IC 50 compared with ribavirini injection is (26.7±1.48) mg/L and (18.17±0.35) mg/L respectively and the TI is 79 and 120 respectively, and compared with Jinlian anti-pyretic particles, the IC 50 was 35.4 to influenza A virus 68-1 and the Ti was 18 and the IC 50 was not detdected to adenovirus. Conclusion Chaiqin particles can not only inhibit adenovirus but also influenza A virus 68-1, the effect of medicine is less than ribavirini injection.
