深浅两层吸脂术在腹部减肥的应用

摘　　要：目的　介绍深浅两层吸脂术在腹部减肥中的应用。方法　 15例患者先用 4mm吸管进行腹部深层脂肪抽吸 ,然后用 3mm或 2mm吸管进行浅层脂肪抽吸。结果　术后随访 3个月 ,疗效非常满意。结论　本术式操作简单、安全 ,是传统吸脂术的合理拓广 。Objcetive To introduce the experience of the deep and superficial liposuction in the reducing fat of the abdomen. Methods Fifteen cases proceed the deep liposuction with 4 mm pipe at first, then the superficial liposuction with 3 mm or 2 mm pipe. Results Postoperative follow-up of three months showed the results were satisfactory. Conclusion The operative methods is simple and safe, it is a reasonable extension of traditional liposuction, the retraction of the skin of the abdomen was enhanced after operation.
