摘  要:通过对某厂用国产复合钢管制造的硫酸焙烧炉沸腾层冷却管组脆裂事故的分析,表明双相不锈钢的高温脆性是导致复合管脆裂的直接原因。对双相不锈钢的应用,必须严格按操作规范,避免脆性相的析出。An analysis of the brittle failure of the cooling pipe made in our country in the boiling layer in a certain sulfurous roaster was completed. The cooling pipe was made of the composite pipe of dual-phase stainless steel/carbon steel. It is shown that the brittle failure of the composite pipe was due to the embrittlement of dual-phase stainless steel must comply with and carry out the related standard to avoid the precipitating of brittle phases.
