摘  要:东风水电站工程设计中 ,经过不断的优化设计 ,最终选用了具有世界水平的超薄高双曲拱坝 ;采用左岸设泄洪洞、溢洪道 ,坝身设三表孔、三中孔的枢纽布置方案及新型消能工 ;针对东风工程岩溶发育的实际情况 ,通过仔细的勘探和分析研究 ,采用了横向拦截地下分水岭等“堵、灌、排”结合的方案 ;工程中大胆采用新材料、新工艺 ,如高掺粉煤灰 ,外掺氧化镁混凝土 ,采用硅粉混凝土、高掺粉煤灰灌浆浆液等。观测成果表明 ,工程运行正常。 2 0 0 0年度 ,东风工程勘测、设计双双获得国家优秀勘测、优秀设计金奖。In the project design of the Dongfeng Hydropower Station, the super thin high double curvature arch dam at the world level has been finally selected according to the continuous optimization design. In the left bank, there are flood releasing tunnel and spillway. In the dam body, there are three surface holes and three middle holes. Some new energy dissipaters also have been adopted. In accordance with the actual conditions of karst development in the area of Dongfeng Hydropower Project and on the basis of survey, analysis and study, a combination scheme of blockage, grouting and drainage for intercepting transversely underground watershed divide has been adopted. In the construction, new materials and new technologies have been used, such as high mixed flyash, oxygen magnesia concrete, silicon concrete, high mixed flyash grout, etc. The observation results showed that the operation of the project is normal. In the year of 2000, the investigation and design of the Dongfeng Hydropower Project all won the title of national excellent investigation prize and national excellent design prize.
