摘 要:涝渍型的农田 ,灾害发生在雨季 ,农田先受涝 ,地表水排除后 ,由于地下水回降过慢而受渍 ,因此 ,作物减产是由涝渍双重作用的结果 ,在经济评价中 ,既不能单纯按受涝减产或按受渍减产进行分析 ,也不能分别将两者造成的减产损失进行简单的叠加 .本文介绍了作者对在淮北地区开展棉花涝渍试验成果的分析 ,论证了以等效淹渍历时作为反映涝渍程度的综合指标的可能性 ,并提出确定涝渍兼治农田排水设计标准的新方法 .During the rain season the waterlogged fields caused by rainfall will be submerged with surface water at first.After that,when surface water was removed,the field will be soaked by subsurface water.Consequently,the reduction of crop production is caused both by surface and subsurface waterlogging.The benefit\|cost analysis of drainage project should neither based on the single crop yield reduction caused by surface waterlogging or subsurface water logging nor the simply sum up of both reduction.In this paper,the relationship between the cotton yield reduction due to both surface and subsurface waterlogging in Huaibei region,Anhui Province,is presented,based on three years experimental data.It is also presented that the index to reflect the degree of surface and subsurface waterlogging and the methods to determine the criteria of combined controlling of surface and subsurface waterlogging.
