摘  要:探讨了利用废渣生产的硼泥复合混凝剂处理采油井管洗涤废水 ,以及 p H值、混凝剂的投加量、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、沉降时间和温度对混凝处理效果的影响。当废水的含油量在 85 0 0 mg/L 左右时 ,投药量为 2 0 0 0 mg/L,最佳 p H值范围为 4.5~8.5 ,油、COD和 SS的去除率分别大于 84%、82 %、98% ,沉降时间为 35 min。搅拌速度、搅拌时间、温度对油、COD和 SS的去除率无显著影响。若经双层滤料过滤法或生化法的二级处理 ,出水达到国家一级排放标准。The paper studies the treatment of the wastewater clearing in oil well pipes with application of boron sludge compound coagulant, and the influence of the pH value, quantity of coagulant, agitation speed, agitation time, sedimentation time and temperature on the coagulation effects. When the oil amount in wastewater is about 8500mg/L, the amount coagulant charge is 2000 mg/L, the correspondent optimum scope of pH value is 4 5~8 5, and the sedimentation time is 35 minutes, the removal rate of oil, COD and SS are over 84%, 82% and 98%, respectively. Agitation speed, agitation time and temperature have no significant effect on the removal rate. Then through double deck feeding or pre aeration Biochemical process, the treated water meets the requirement of the GB 8978-1996 wastewater drain standard.
