摘  要:将油漆样品与硝酸 ( 1 +1 )溶液一起煮沸 ,使不溶的无机物以沉淀形式析出 ,用苯 -丙酮 ( 1 +1 )混合溶剂溶解在煮沸过程中所形成的油漆结块 ,过滤 ,以吐温 80为乳化剂将滤液 (由酸溶液及苯 丙酮溶液两部分组成 )乳化成乳浊液。取适量样品乳浊液配制成试液 ,喷入火焰 ,用标准加入法测定。对样品处理方法、乳化剂的选择及干扰进行了考察 ,建立了测定油漆中锰、钴的快速FAAS分析方法。本方法的测定结果与灰化法一致 ,相对误差小于± 0 7%。方法简便、快速、准确。Boil down the varnish sam ples together with nitric acid(1+1) solution in order to precipitating insoluble inorganic matters.Dissol ve varnish cake formed in above me ntioned operation by the mixed sol vent of propanone-benzene(1+1)and filtrate.The filtrate (consisting o f two parts of acid solution and b enzene solution)was emulsified int o emulsion by emulsifier Tween-80. Test solutions prepared by appropr iate amount of the emulsion were i njected into air-acetylene flame a nd standard addition method was us ed to determine.The conditions of sample pretreatment,choice of emul sifier and interferences were stud ied respectively.A FAAS method for rapid determination of manganese a nd cobalt in varnish has been deve loped.The determination results we re consistent with those obtained by ashing-FAAS method.The relative errors between them were less than ±07%.This method is convenient,ra pid and accurate.
