钴Ⅱ催化过氧化氢氧化二溴茜素紫的反应动力学及其应用

摘　　要：基于在 pH1 1 92的Brittom Robinson缓冲溶液中 ,钴 催化过氧化氢氧化二溴茜素紫的反应 ,建立了测定痕量钴的催化光度新方法。研究了反应条件 ,确立了动力学方程 ,测定了动力学参数 ,探讨了反应机理。方法的检出限是 1 2× 1 0 -11g/mL ,测定范围是 0 0 0～ 1 0 μg/mL ,方法用于井水、蜂蜜、维生素B12 中痕量钴的测定 ,结果满意。A Catalytic spectrophotom etric method for the determination of trace cobalt*' has been develop ed.The method is based on the cata lytic effect of cobalt*' on the ox idation of dibromoalizarin violet with hydrogen peroxide in Britton- Robinson buffer solution(pH11.92) .The optimum conditions, kinetic pa rameters and reaction mechanism ha ve been studied.The limit of dete ction for cobalt*' is 12×10 -11 g/m L,The linear range is in the concentration of 000-1 0 ng/mL for Co*'The method has been used for t he determination of trace cobalt in we ll water,honey and vitamin B 12 wit h satisfactory results
