摘　　要：今年是 19世纪德国心理学家兼物理学家费希纳 (G·T·Fechner)诞辰 2 0 0周年。 10 0多年前 ,费希纳留给我们的《心理物理学纲要》一书 ,揭示的是思想方法而不是它的具体结果。在今后很长的一段时间里 ,中国的管理学将是“中西合壁”式的理论 ,所以加强管理实验研究 ,进行文理渗透的管理学教学 ,将是加速培养中国科学管理人才的必由之路。Today is the nineteenth century German psychologist and physicist G·T·Fechners two hundredth birthday.More than a hundred years ago,Fechners the principles of psychological physics introduced a new way of thinking rather than simply presenting its results.From now onward,Chinese administration psychology will utilize both Eastern and Western theories.Therefore,to improve the research of administration psychology and educate our students in both sciences and liberal arts are necessary steps in the management development in China.
