摘  要:以同向紧啮合双螺杆挤出机为反应器、有机锂为引发剂,采用混合单体加料方式,本体法一步合成了苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物。1H-NMR谱图表明该丁苯共聚物的结构以嵌段为主,无规链段为辅。其力学性能则体现出受丁二烯质量分数的影响。The synthesis of styrene-butadiene copolymers (S/B copolymers) by butyllithium initiated bulk polymerization in a twin-screw extruder was discussed. The co-rotating closely intermeshing twin-screw extruder with 35 mm diameter and 40 L/D ratio was used as the reactor. The copolymerization reaction was carried out in the absence of solvents. It was found that the average residence time was between 2 and 3 minutes and the polymeric conversion exceeded 99%. S/B copolymers with 76.3% styrene exhibited the lowest strength and highest elongation at break.
