间规聚丙烯(sPP)的热性能研究

摘　　要：通过热重分析 (TG)和差式量热扫描 (DSC)对用负载茂金属催化剂聚合的间规聚丙烯(sPP)的热性能包括热稳定性及双熔点现象进行了研究。结果表明 ,sPP具有良好的热稳定性。sPP的双熔点现象主要是由不同的晶体结构引起的 ,调整加工条件可以改变sPP结晶形态 ,从而消除双熔点。The thermal behaviors included thermal stability and the double melting peak phenomena were studied based on highly steroregular syndiotactic polypropylene (sPP) obtained from supported metallocene catalyst. It was confirmed that sPP was quite stable in air. Meanwhile, the double melting peak was believed to relate to the different crystal of sPP. Changing conditions of heat treatment could eliminate the double melting peaks.
