南昌地区急性散发性非甲非乙型肝炎的流行病学调查

摘　　要：对19例经血清学分型确定的急性非甲非乙型肝炎调查。其中,男性13例,女性6例,平均发病年龄29.8岁,人群和季节分布上无显著差别。12例具有类甲型的粪—口传播史;7例有类乙型的不显性血传播特点。前者无一例慢性化;后者有一例发展为慢性肝炎。Nineteen patients with acute non-A,Non-B hepatitis identified sero- logically have been investigated.Of them 13 are males and 6 are fema- les,with the average age of 29.8 years.There is no significant difference in the distribution of population and seasons.12 patients had history of type A-like fecal-mouth transmission and did't develop chronic type,but 1 of the 7 patients of type B-like transmitted through blood developed chronic hepatitis.
