摘　　要：介绍了应用显微外科技术治疗周围神经损伤92例,神经120条;随访58例,计74条。评定治疗结果:优74.6％,良9.5％,可10.8％。有效率达94.6％。并重点叙述了手术方法,讨论了显微外科技术在本病治疗上的优点。The treatment of ninety two cases of peripheral nerve injury including 120 nerves by microsurgery has been reported in this article.58 cases including 74 nerves have been followed-up. The assessment of treatment shows that 74.6% are excellent, 9.5% good and 10.8% fair. The effective rate reaches 94.6%. The procedure of operation is emphasized and the advantages of microsurgery in the treatment of this problem is discussed.
