儿童膝关节盘状软骨的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：10例盘状软骨患儿,年龄为5～11岁3个月。其中,右膝6例,左膝4例;合并破裂者6例。均进行手术切除证实。随访患肢肌萎缩恢复,关节压痛消失,患肢弹跳正常。并就其诊断和治疗进行初步讨论。This artieal reports 10 children aged 5-11 with discord meniscus which were confirmed and re- moved byoperation.Among them,the right knees of 6 cases and knees of 4 eases were affected,the car- tilages of 6 cases were split.The results of follow-up surgery showed that the patients' amyotrophy had been recovered,joint tenderness had been disappeared,and the patients could bounce finely.The article also discusses the diagnosis and the treatment of the disease.
