摘　　要：测定99例健康人心阻抗血流图Heather指数(HI),其中男性50例,女性49例,并用多因素逐步回归分析HI与有关因素的关系。结果表明,女性HI值较大;HI受主动脉内径(Ao),左室舒张末径(Dd),胸围(C),基础阻抗(Zo)及体重指数(BWI)的影响,其中以Ao及Zo影响最大。Heather index (HI) of impedance cardiography was detected in ninety nine healthy adults includ- ing 50 men and 49, women. HI was significantly larger in female group than in male group. Multifacto- rial regression analysis showed that HI was influenced by dimension of aortic root(Ao),left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (Dd),thoracic circumference (C), basic impedance (Zo) and body-weight in- dex(BWI). Of them Ao and Zo were the most important influence factors.
