摘 要:采用自己研制的药剂对辽河油田特稠油污水进行破乳和净水试验 ,找出了主要影响因素 ,最终确定了处理工艺的操作条件。结果表明 ,使用破乳剂D1,可使油的回收率大于 99% ;絮凝剂A中添加了收缩絮体的化学药剂B之后作为净水剂 ,使积杂量小于 5 % (体积比 )。同时 ,处理后的水完全达到辽河油田要求的指标 ,即油含量小于 5mg L ,积杂量小于 15mg L ,技术先进 ,社会环境及经济效益显著。This article adopted the chemicals we ourselves investigated to carry out break emulsifying and clarifying water experiments on Liaohe oilfield high viscous crude oil sewage. The main influential factors were found and operation conditions of treatment technique were also defined. The results showed the use of break emulsifying agent D1 made the oil recovery rate reach more than 99%;contracting coagulant chemical dosing B added into coagulant A as a purifying agent made impurity retention reduce to less than 5%(volume ratio). At the same time, treated water reached completely the indications which Liaohe oilfield acquired, that is, less than 5mg/L oil content and less than 15mg/L impurity retention. This technology is advanced and has marketable social environment and economy effects.
