摘 要:在考察国内含氰废水处理现状和研究部分处理方法的基础上 ,综合国内外有关文献 ,针对丙烯腈一段急冷水这一高浓度有机氰废水 ,建立了一种新的处理方法—精馏法。对处理前后废水的CODcr、BOD5、氰化物浓度、不同稀释比的生化曲线及有机物可生化性进行了细致分析。结果表明 ,废水经过处理后 ,CODcr去除率高达 95 .2 % ,BOD5 CODcr由原来的 0 .15变为 0 .31,废水的可生化性得到改善。通过对轻组分及重组分的回收利用 ,可创造的直接经济效益达到 30 0余万元·a- 1 。该方法简便、实用 。A new method treating the first section of quenching water in AN production , the wastewater containing high concentrated organic CN, had been developed after some stuff about this field was referenced in the article. The wastewater quality (such as CODcr?BOD 5 and the concentration of CN -) and curves of microbe breathing in different dilution ration before and after treatment and biochemical performance of organic matter were analyzed carefully. The removing rate of CODcr was 95.2 %, the ratio of BOD 5/CODcr changed from 0.15 to 0.31. The waste water's biochemical performance was improved. Direct economic profits reached more 300 million yuan/year with the recycling of light-constituents and heavy-constituents. The method was convenient , practical, economic and had good environmental and economic benefits.
