摘　　要：脂肪族水性聚氨酯涂料制备的主要关键是选用脂肪族异氰酸酯的品种,文章列举了使用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯的一些优点,并探讨了所用催化剂、扩链剂等对预聚物的性能影响,还对克服该预聚物高粘度问题提出了新的建议。The main key preparing waterbased aliphatic polyurethane paint lies in selection of aliphatic diisocyanate variety.The article cites a number of advantages of isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) used as basic material, and approaches effect of used catalyst, chain extender etc. upon prepolymer,for the purpose of resolving high viscosity problem of the prepolymer, some methods are proposed.
