摘　　要：研究了用红外光谱法测定 β—萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物核体数的原理和方法 ,对不同萘与甲醛配比下合成的β—萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物进行核体数测定 。The principle and the method of determining nucleosome numder of β naphthyl sulfonate formaldehyde condensate with infra-red method were studied.It was shown that the nucleosome number increased as the formaldehyde mole number got larger under the different matching proportion of naphthalene with formaldehyde.
