用天然石英合成氮化硅的研究

摘　　要：以天然石英为硅源 ,用碳热还原法合成出了平均粒径为 1μm的Si3N4粉末。结果表明 ,石英粉末越细越利于Si3N4的合成 ;在氮气压为 0 .14MPa、氮气流量为 1L/min条件下 ,合成温度以 14 5 0℃为宜 ,添加剂Fe2 O3 以With natural quartz as raw materials, Si 3N 4 powders were synthesized by carbonthermal reduction method. The results showed fine quartz powders were advantageous to the synthesis of Si 3N 4.The appropriate synthesis temperature is 1450℃, the appropriate catalyst amount is 3Wt%.
