摘　　要：回顾了近年来我国冶金矿山企业非矿产业的发展 ,分析了发展中存在的问题 ,提出了冶金矿山非矿产业要以提高科技含量、引入人才、选准项目等为发展方向。The development of non mine industries of China's metallurgical mines are reviewed and the existing problems in the development are analysed.It is suggested that the non mine industries of metallurgical mines should take'raising the scientific and technological contents,introducing talents and selecting good projects'as the development orientation.
