峻德煤矿水采区稳产高产的几点体会

摘　　要：鹤岗矿务局峻德煤矿于 1 981年投产 ,设计能力为 1 50万 t/ a,目前有六个生产采区 ,其中一个水采区 ,其它均为旱采区 ,是鹤岗矿务局乃至黑龙省煤炭系统唯一拥有水力采煤生产工艺的矿井。自 1 993年 9月水采区一次试生产成功以来 ,截止到2 0 0 1年 7月份 ,共生产原煤 355万 t,平均年产 46 .8万 t,产量占全矿总产量的三分之一 ,年创效益 42 1 2万元。在市场经济条件下 ,为峻德煤矿的稳定高产和发展做出了贡献 。Junde Coal Mine of Hegang Mining Administration was put into operation in 1981 with a design capacity of 1.5 million t/a.Now it has 6 producing mining districts,among which one is hydromining district,and others are conventional ones.It is the only mine which adopts hydraulic mining technology in Hegang mining Administration,even in the whole coal sector of Heilongjiang Province.Since the successful trial production of the hydromining district in September 1993,a total of 3.55 million tons of run of mine coal had been produced by July 2001.The average annual output is 468,000 tons,covering 1/3 of the total of the whole mine.And 42.12 million Yuan profit was gained annually.The hydromining district has made great contributions to the stable and high output and the development of Junde Coal Mine under market economy,and marked econmic and social result was gained.
