水采采区煤水净化技术的研究与实施

摘  要:目前在我国水采矿井中 ,均采用水力提升及大循环供水技术 ,水采面用水主要是利用地面静压水 ,通过高压泵加压 ,供水采面使用 ,在整个矿井用水量中水采区用水量占相当大的比例。这种大循环供水路线长、费用高 ,不利于生产管理。为了从根本上降低水采供水费用 ,缩小供水循环圈 ,于 2 0 0 0年 6月 ,孔庄煤矿与煤炭科学研究总院唐山分院合作 ,开发研究了采区煤水浓缩净化复用技术 (亦即采区小循环供水技术 ) 。At present hydraulic hoist and major water supply cycle technologies are used in China's hydromines.Ground static pressure water is pressurized by the high pressure pump and supplied to the hydromining face,which covers a large proportion of the total amount used by the whole mine.This major water supply cycle features long lines and high expenses,which are unfavorable for management.In order to lower water supply expenses in hydromining districts basically and shorten the water supply cycle,in June 2000,Kongzhuang Coal Mine and China Coal Research Institute Tangshan Branch cooperated to develop a coal water concentration,clarification and reusing technology in mining districts(i.e.minor water supply cycle technology) and applied this technology in the hydromining districts of Kongzhang Coal Mine.
