摘 要:矿井主扇风机设计裕量大(文中泛指离心式风机),采用增阻调节浪费大量电能。通过异步电机几种调速方案的比较、论证,阐述了变频调速的先进性、可靠性和经济性,分析了风机常见几种变频调速方式的优缺点,并对变频器的选用进行了客观评价。The main fan used in mine has a margin design(centrifugal fan is referred to in a general sense in this paper).The ap-plication of air regulation by addition of resistance wastes a great deal of electrical energy.By comparing with several speed regulating methods to demonstrate for asynchronous motor,frequency conversion speed regulating is regarded as an ad-vanced,reliable and economic way.The paper also analysesboth the advantages and disadvantages commonly seen in fre-quency conversion speed regulating of fan and objectively evalu-ates the selection of frequency converter for use.
