摘　　要：本文分析了大型带式输送机通常采用的几种软起动技术的工作原理和特点 ,提出了一种结构简单、性能优异、可靠性高、价格便宜的新型可控软起动技术———差动变频无级调速技术 。This paper briefs and analyzes the operating principles and characteristics of several soft starting technologies which are commonly used for large belt conveyors and presents a new controllable soft starting technology — differential frequency conversion and infinite speed variation technology. The new technology has the advantages of simple structure, good performance, high reliability and low price and its application will bring about a technical support for the popularization and application of large belt conveyors in coal mines.
