高纯环烷酸的制备

摘　　要：提出了一种由粗环酸精制为高纯环烷酸的工业化新工艺 .粗环烷酸经氢氧化钠皂化、水份及油品分离脱石皂化物、酸化、减压蒸馏等制备而得高纯环烷酸 ,酸含量可达 98% ,酸值回收率可达 90 %以上 .在 5 0 0t/a高纯环烷酸工业生产装置上 ,考察了温度、真空度等因素对制备的影响 ,并进行了简略的经济分析 .该工艺已先后向国内 7家单位进行了转让和生产 ,并正在获得较显著的经济效益和社会效益 .图 1,表 6 ,参A new industrialized process giving high pure naphthenic acids refining from crude naphthenic acids has been proposed in this paper.The title process giving naphthenic acids with higher acid value involves treating crude naphthenic acids with caustic soda,removing water,the neutral oils and the materials that are not formed into the acid salts.The naphthenic salt mixture is then acidified to recover the naphthenic acids which is then distilled undeer reduced pressure.The acid content of finished product can reach 98% and the rare of recovery of acid number beyond 90%.That factors such as temperature, vacuum were studied on the production equipment of 500 t/a commercial scale, and its economic evaluation was briefly investigated.The technology was applied in seven domestic units.The economic and social effectiveness have been attained significantly.1fig.,6tabs.,6refs.
