电视胸腔镜辅助下胸椎结核病灶清除术

摘　　要：目的 :拓展胸腔镜微创外科新领域 ,改进胸椎结核病灶清除手术方法。方法 :经胸腔镜辅助下小切口进行胸椎结核病灶清除术 ,与常规手术方法随机对照。结果 :以切口创伤为主 ,手术时间、出血、术后疼痛及术后并发症等方面有显著差异 ,手术效果良好。结论 :电视胸腔镜辅助下胸椎结核病灶清除术 ,与传统的开胸手术比较 ,创伤小 ,出血少 ,手术时间短 。Objective:To distend a new field in the VATS minimally invasive surgery and evaluate a proposed surgical method in the clean of tuberculosis osteopathy of thoracic vertbrae. Method:Minimally invasive surgical procedure was adopted thorogh VATS in contrast to traditional toracotomy randomied.Results:Incision length shorted,operation time was saved and loss of blood decreased while postoperation pain rlieved than the traditional method as well as the chance of complications reduced.Conclusions:Srugical clean of tuberculosis osteopathy in thoracic vertebrae by the means of VATS has the advatnages of minimal invasion,less of blood loss and shortened operation time as well as reduced complication risks rather than the traditional thoracotomy.It is supposed to be minimally invasive procedure wihch means a good and rapid recovery for the patients.
