摘　　要：现代水电施工建设单位在组织完一项建设项目后，往往存在一些闲置的机械设备，这些机械设备作为企业固定资产的一部分，应予充分利用．而如何发挥这些闲职设备的作用，则迫切需要建立一种新的企业模式．为此，着重阐述了实施设备动态联盟的几个要素、过程以及应注意的几个问题，为调动各个企业的闲置设备资源重新优化组合提供了一条崭新的思路，为建立设备动态联盟提供了一定的理论基础．Some mechanical equipments are often laid aside after modern hydroelectric building departments finished a building project. Mechanical equipments are parts of fixed assets of a corporation, so it is urgent to form a new enterprise mode so as to make full use of these equipments' latent function. Application of equipment virtual enterprises provides a new ideal for optimizing and combining unused equipments resource of the corporations. Several factors and process of applying equipment virtual enterprises and some questions to which should be paid attention are expounded. Thereby theoretical basis is provided to build equipment virtual enterprises.
