摘　　要：水利工程建设中的环境保护工作在我国刚起步不久 ,尚无很成熟的经验和办法可以借鉴。关中灌区改造工程是陕西省利用世行贷款进行的一项重点水利建设项目 ,实施三年来在环保方面作了大量的工作 ,取得了一定的成绩。本文对该项目一些具体管理措施作了简要阐述 ,以供参考。The environment protection in the water resource engineering is new in china, and there are no mature experience. The project of GuanZhong irrigation improvement is a key water conservancy project using the world bank loan in Shaanxi province. A lot of work has been done in the environment protection in these three years, and some good results are obtained. Some detailed management measurements in this project are introduced in this paper.
