中研Ⅱ号对猴感染SIVmac251血清新喋呤水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 :应用中药中研Ⅱ号复方观察对感染SIVmac2 5 1恒河猴血清新喋呤水平的影响。方法 :通过中研Ⅱ号复方对感染SIVmac2 5 1的动物治疗后 ,检测其血清新喋呤水平的变化 ,观察中研Ⅱ号对模型动物的免疫调节作用。结果 :中研Ⅱ号复方能降低感染动物血清新喋呤的水平。结论Objective:experimental research in the use of Chinese medicine herbs of Zhong Yan Ⅱ to treat animal model infected with siminan immunodeficiency virus(SIVmac251).Methods:using monoclonal anti body reagent to label on CD 4 T cell in PBMC with indirect immunofluoresence.The percentage was analyzed by flow cytometry.Serum neopterin level was measured by ELISA. Results:The infection model of SIVmac251 which the percentage CD 4 T cell number were increased in PBMC and neopterin level in Serum were decreased by Zhong Yan Ⅱ after treatment. Conclusion:ZY Ⅱ could enhance effect of immune function of organism and inhitit SIV.
