摘  要:目的 :观察中药灭囊灵对大鼠实验性脑水肿模型的影响。方法 :采用脑内注入血块方法造成脑血肿诱发脑水肿模型 ,以伊文斯蓝 (EB)为指标剂 ,观察用药前后大鼠脑系数、脑组织含水量及脑血管通透性的变化。结果 :实验大鼠脑系数、脑组织含水量及EB含量均高于正常对照组 ,灭囊灵高、低剂量组及乙酰唑胺对上述病理改变均有减轻作用 ,其中以灭囊灵高剂量组的作用最为明显。结论Objective:To study the effects of the Chinese herb Mienangling on the laboratory encephaledema of rat. Methods:Rat encephaledema was developed by intracranial injection of sludged blood to lead to blood swelling for observing the changes of the brain coefficient, water containing amount and vascular permeability pre and post administration with Evans Blue(EB)as an indicator. Results: The brain coefficient, water containing amount and EB content of rat in the test groups were higher than that of in the normal control group. The above mentioned pathological changes became decreased in the groups of Mienangling of both higher and lower dose, and in the group of Diamox used, with the most significant effect found in the Mienangling group of higher dose. Conclusion:Mienangling is significant effective in the treatment of laboratory encephaledema of rat.
