摘  要:目的 观察穴位电针刺激对面神经再生过程中神经核组织神经营养因子(NTFs,包括神经生长因子 NGF、脑源性神经营养因子 BDNF、神经营养因子 3NT-3)表达的影响。方法 日本大耳白兔面神经压榨伤后,电针 刺激翳风、颧 、地仓、颊车、四白、阳白、合谷穴,每天30分钟,2周为一疗程。分别于一、二、三疗程治疗后,应用原 位杂交技术检测面神经核组织中上述三种神经营养因子mRNA表达水平的变化。结果 两组动物的面神经核组 织中NGF、BDNF、NT-3 mRNA表达高峰均在神经损伤后第6周;第二、第三疗程结束后,针刺组NGF、BDNF及 NT-3 mRNA的杂交信号均明显强于对照组。结论 在面神经再生过程中,穴位电针刺激能明显增强面神经核组 织中NGF、BDNF及NT-3的表达,进而促进面神经再生。Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncturing on mRNA expression of NTFs, including NGF, BDNF and NT-S in facial nerve nucleus following crashed axonal injury. Methods Axonal injury was caused by crashing on facial nerve of both sides in rabbits to the de- gree of Sunderland IV. Then, the injured rabbits were divided into treating and controlling groups. One week after injury, acupuncture with pulse electric stimulation were performed into such acupoints as Yifeng (翳风) , Quanliao (颧 ) , Jiache (颊车) , Dicang (地仓) , Sibai (四白), Yangbai (阳白)and Hegu (合谷)in treating group, 2 weeks as a therapeutic course, while the con- trolling group was left to recover spontaneously. The technique of in situ hybridization was taken to test the mRNA expression level of NGF, BDNF and NT-S in facial nerve nucleus at the end of 1st, 2nd and 3rd therapeutic courses respectively. Results The mRNA expression level of NTFs all reached at the highest level at the sixth week significantly and it's higher levels of these mR- NA expression in treating group than in controlling one at the 6th and 9th week following trau- ma. Conclusion The effects of electroacupunture stimulation is to positively regulate the mR- NA expression of NTFs in facial nucleus, and this may be the molecular mechanism to promote recovery of nerve injury.
