苍耳子合剂灌注治疗鼻窦炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨采用苍耳子合剂浓缩液（苍耳液）治疗鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：采用苍耳液负压置换疗法灌注或／和口服治疗鼻窦炎，设对照组。并经鼻窦内窥镜观察用药前后鼻及鼻窦粘膜的病理改变情况。结果：本研究中第一组苍耳液负压灌注治疗患者69例，有效率达97．1％；第二组苍耳液负压灌注加口服，共治疗患者96例，有效率达100％；第三组为对照组共治疗患者33例，有效率为42．4％。经Χ^2检验，P＜0．005，有极其显著性意义。用区间图筛选法，显示第3组疗效最差，第2组最好，第1组居中。结论：本疗法治疗鼻窦炎疗效显著，尤其可快速缓解鼻源性头痛，特别对原因不明的头痛有鉴别诊断之效。Objective To invetigata the therepeutic effect of Fructus Xanthii Mixture (FXM) on nasosinusitis. Methods 69 cases of nasosinusitis in the first group were treated with FXM by displacement method, 96 cases in the second group treated by the combined therapy of FXM orally taking and displacement method,and another 33 cases in the third group treated with a general therapy only as controlling. Results The effective rate was 97. 1 % in the first group, 100. 0% in the second group ,and 42.4% in the third group.. Conclusion FXM is very effective for the treatment of nasosinusitis, especially when given in a combined way of displacement method and orally taking.
