摘　　要：考虑宝钢进口矿石运输全过程 ,建立数学模型 ,分步求解 ,分析并利用长江口整治工程对马迹山港的影响 .Consider all the transportion process of iron ore of Baosteel. First set up the mathematic model and then solve it step by step. Analyse the effect to haressing the Yangtze River Mouth on Majishan harbor. Finally get the great economic results of saving all the investment of phase Ⅱ project and being able to develop further.
