摘  要:交流调速用于风机、泵类负载可以节省大量能源 ,考虑到这类负载的特点 ,采用绕线式异步电机的串级调速是较为理想的调速方法。由于其定子、转子绕组都从电网中吸收无功功率 ,所以其功率因数很低 ,影响了该技术的应用。提出了一种新型的串级调速方案 ,其最大的优点是转子回路不再从电网吸收无功电流 ,相反它向电网发出无功电流 ,所以功率因数得以大大提高。给出了工作原理、参数选择以及实验结果。If AC speed control technology is used to drive fans and pumps, a deal of energy would be saved.The slip energy recovering drive is usually considered as an economical motor drive scheme.It is known that its power factor is very low,which limited its application in some extents.In this paper,a novel three phase and four line slip energy recovering drive is proposed.Being different from the conventional slip energy recovering systems,the rotor circuit changes its behaviour from absorbing reactive power from the power line to providing the reactive power to it,which makes the power factor of the system raising greatly.The principle,parameter determination, and the experiment results are given.
