麦草碱木素及其热化学降解产物相对分子质量分布的测定

摘　　要：以 pH=10的0.1mol/LNaNO3 溶液为流动相 ,在Ultrahydrogel柱上测定麦草碱木素及其热化学降解产物的相对分子质量分布 ;测定碱木素降解产物所用洗脱液宜用 pH10的0.1mol/LNaNO3 水溶液 ;比较了由于样品结构特性和物理性质差异而造成的流动行为的差异 。The relative molecular mass distributions of wheat straw soda lignin and its thermal degradation products were measured on an Ultrahydrogel column and a TSK column. The 0.1 mol/L aqueous NaNO3 solution at pH 10 proved to be a suitable eluent in the determination. The relative molecular mass were calculated on a calibration line method and multiple angle laser light scattering detection. The deviation of the results from the two methods were not very large, and their difference is probably derived from the differences in the hydrodynamic properties of the analytes and standard samples.
