异丙酚用于人工流产的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察异丙酚用于人工流产的镇痛效果。方法 :选择宫内孕 38d～ 6 5 d要求无痛人工流产的患者 10 0例作为观察组 ,随机选择情况类似的 40例作为对照组 ,观察组除术中静脉推注异丙酚外 ,其余与对照组一样 ,不做任何处理 ,观察比较两组术中呼吸、血压、脉搏变化 ,痛苦程度 ,手术时间 ,术中出血量及药物不良反应等。结果 :观察组的镇痛效果极显著高于对照组 ,手术时间明显低于对照组 ,差异有显著意义 (P<0 .0 1) ,术中出血量两组间无显著差异(P>0 .0 1)。结论 :异丙酚用于人工流产镇痛时 ,10 0 %显效 ,苏醒快 ,对患者无不良影响 ,是人工流产手术镇痛的一种理想药物 ,值得在临床推广使用。Objective:To study the relief pain′s efficiency of induced abortion using propofol.Methods:Selecting 100 patients of interuterine pregnancy 38～65 days,who required to take painless induced abortion as observational group,random choosing similar circumstance 40 cases as the control group,the control group was same as the observational group but intravenous injection propofol.The degree of pain,the change of respiration?blood pressure?pulse during operation,operative time,quantity of surgical hemorrhage were compared with two groups and adverse reaction of propofol.Results:Amalgesic effect in the observational group was significantly higher than that in the control one,the operative time in the observational group was obviously shorter than that in the control one ( P <0.01),the quantity of surgical hemorrhage was no difference between two groups( P >0.01).Conlusion:Analgesic induced abortion with propofol is 100 % painless,revive quickly,there is no side effects on patients which is effective and worthy of popularzing in clinic.
