摘　　要：为研究荨麻疹患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)产生白细胞介素-4(IL-4),白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及γ干扰素(IFNγ)的水平,采用双抗体夹心ELISA方法,测定了23例荨麻疹患者PBMC产生IL-4、IL-10及IFNγ水平。结果表明荨麻疹患者PBMC产生IL-4水平明显高于正常人(P<0.01),而产生IL-10及IFNγ水平与正常人相差不显著(P>0.05)。IL-4在Ⅰ型变态反应荨麻疹发病中可能起一定作用。Double antibody sandwich ELISA was u sed to study the production of IL-4?IL-10?IFNγby peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)in 23patients with urticaria.The re sults showed that the amount of IL-4p roduction was higher in patients wit h urticaria than that in the normal controls(P<0.01),no statistical differences in the a mounts of IL-10and IFNγproduction being observed between the patients with urticatia and the controls(P>0.05).IL-4could paly an important role in the pathogenesis of urticaria.
