彩色多普勒对高血压病眼底动脉血流的研究

摘　　要：目的　用彩色多普勒研究高血压病患者眼底动脉。方法　选择高血压组 4 2例 ,正常对照组 2 3例 ,分别观察视网膜中央动脉 ( CRA)及眼动脉 ( OA)频谱形态 ,分别检测 CRA收缩期峰值流速 ( Vp)、舒张期血流速度 ( Vmin)、阻力指数 ( RI) .结果　高血压组 CRA及 OA的频谱形态与正常对照组比较有明显差异。高血压组所测的 CRA- Vp、OA- Vp、CRA- Vmin、OA- Vmin、CRA- RI、OA- RI与正常对照组比较均有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1～ 0 .0 5 )。结论　彩色多普勒超声检查对评价高血压病眼底动脉血流改变有较重要的价值。Objective To study the fundus blood flow with colordoppler ultrasound in hypertensive patients.Methods Forty two cases of hypertension as the hypertension group and 23 cases of normal blood pressure as the control group were examined. The central retinoartery(CRA),ocular artery(OA)and relevant morphology of frequency spectrum were observed.The CRA and OA peak flow velocity,diastolic blood flow velocity,resistance index(RI)were measured.Results In this stndy,there was much difference between the hypertension group and control group in CRA and OA morphology of frequency spectrum.Significant difference were seen between the hypertension group and control group in parameters such as CRA Vp,OA Vp,CRA Vmin,OA Vmin,CRA RI,OA RI( P <0 01～0 05) Conclusion The color doppler ultrasound examination plays an important role in the evaluation of fundus artery blood flow in patients with hypertension.
