一次性集尿袋更换时间的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨留置导尿病人更换一次性集尿袋的最佳时间。方法将 16 9例留置导尿管后当天尿培养无细菌生长的留置导尿者随机分为三组 ,即每天更换集尿袋 (A组 ) ,3d更换 1次 (B组 ) ,7d更换 1次 (C组 ) ,并每天采集三组病人集尿袋中的尿液进行细菌培养。结果尿培养细菌阳性率 A组与 C组比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;B组与 A、C组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (均 P<0 .0 5 )。 B组尿培养细菌阳性率明显低于 A、C两组。结论留置导尿的病人 3d更换集尿袋Objective To study the appropriate time of replacing one off uric bag with indwelling catheter.Methods 169 patients with indwelling catheter were divided into three groups: group A, replacing one off uric bag every day; group B, replacing every three days; group C, replacing every seven days. The urine was collected for bacterial culture. Results In the positive rate of bacterial culture, there was significant difference between groups A and B or groups B and C (both P <0.05). The positive rate of bacterial culture in the group B was lower than in the groups A and C. Conclusion The appropriate time of replacing one off uric bag with indwelling catheter was three days.
