摘  要:对陕西省 3个地区猪场发生的猪水肿病 (EDP)进行了较详细的流行病学调查 ,同时还进行了病原菌的分离鉴定和 EDP患猪血液学相关指标测定。分离鉴定出 1 9株致病性大肠杆菌 (ETEC) ,O抗原类群属O1 57和 O1 41 ;血液白细胞数、血清球蛋白含量、血磷含量 (与健康猪比较 )明显增高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,血清钙显著降低 (P>0 .0 0 1 ) ;健康猪 ETEC带菌率为 2 6.9% ;病死猪内脏器官 ETEC分离率分别为 :肠道 2 3 .9%、心脏1 4.3 %、脾脏 9.5 % ,少数 ETEC菌株从脑。In this studies, we made a detailed epidemidogical investigation of the EDP in Shannxi province, and isolation and identification of the pathogenie bacteria. The results showed that 19 strains ETEC were isolated, and its O antigen belongs to O 157 and O 141 .White cell number, the content of serum glbwlin and blood phosphorus in the pigs that were affected EDP were apparently higher than the health groups ( P <0.01),but the content of blood calcium were obviously lower( P >0.001).The carring rate of ETEC was 26.9% in the health pigs, and the isolated rate in the internal organs (including intesines, heavt, spleeh) of the death pigs were 23.9%,14.3%,9.5%,a little was isolated from brain, burg and bile.
