阻垢剂对湿法磷酸中氟硅酸钾(钠)垢的抑制作用

摘　　要：采用静态法试验了十余种阻垢剂的防垢效果 ,并研究了阻垢剂对氟硅酸钾 (钠 )结晶生长的动力学及其晶体形态的影响。结果表明 ,聚羧酸 (盐 )和有机膦酸复配使用可改善阻垢性能 ,阻垢率可达 4 5 %～ 6 0 % ;阻垢剂可使氟硅酸钾 (钠 )结晶生长速率明显降低 ,晶体发生严重畸变 ,结晶诱导期延长。More than ten types of scale inhibitors were tested to hinder the potassium (sodium) fluosilicate scale formation in wet process phosphoric acid, using static method,and the effects of scale inhibitor on growth kinetics and morphology of crystal were also studied. The results showed that the scale inhibition ability could be improved by blending organic phosphonic acid which polycarboxylic acid,and the efficiency of scale inhibiting could amount to over 45%～60%. Scale inhibitor could result in obvious distortion of crystal lattice, retard the rate of crystallization, and prolong the induction periods.
