利用丝胶减少兔毛针织物掉毛量的研究

摘　　要：提出了采用少量带丝胶的蚕丝与兔毛纤维混纺 ,利用丝胶在热湿条件下会发生熔胀的特性 ,经特殊处理后丝胶熔融将兔毛粘住 ,进而减少掉毛量的新方法。试验结果表明 ,经处理的兔毛针织物掉毛量可减少 50In order to reduce the hairfalling of rabbit hair knitted fabrics,a new method is proposed,that is blending a little raw silk with rabbit hair,the sericin on the raw silk which swells and melts in hot and wet condition can cohere the rabbit hairs through special processing.Testing result shows that the hairfalling quantity can be reduced more than 50% after processing, and a satisfied anti-hairfalling effect is achieved.
