皮下埋针治疗哮喘的初步观察

摘　　要：方法：应用皮下埋针法治疗不同证型哮喘患者　７０例，并以肺通气功能为观测指标。结果：７０例患者总有效率为７５．７２　％，其中实证有效率８５．４２％，虚证５４．５４％，两者比较，实证患者疗效较好（Ｐ＜０．０１）　。肺通气功能呈现与临床疗效一致的改善。结论：皮下埋针法治疗哮　喘效果较好，实证效尤佳。Methods Seventy cases of asthma of differen t syndrome types were treated with needle-embedding therapy and their pulmonary ventilation were observed. R esults The total effective r ate was 75.72%, among them, the effective rate was 85.42% for excess syndrome and 54.54% for deficiency syndrome with a better therapeutic effect for excess syndrome(P<0.01), and pulmonary ventilation had an uniform improvement with the therapeutic effect. Conclusion Needle-embedding therapy has a better therapeutic effect for asthma with excess syndrome than de ficiency syndrome.
