摘 要:目的研究安氟醚麻醉下牵拉胆囊对家兔窦房结功能的影响。方法健康家兔 2 4只 ,随机分为A、B、C三组 ,每组 8只。A组 (对照组 )吸入纯O2 ,B组吸入安氟醚达 0 .6 5MAC ,C组吸入安氟醚达 1.3MAC。经上腹正中切口 ,暴露胆囊 ,坠 10 0g重物牵引 10分钟。于牵拉前 (t0 )、牵拉时 (tp)、牵拉结束后 10分钟 (t10 )、牵拉结束后 30分钟 (t3 0 )测定心率 (HR)、窦房结功能恢复时间 (SNRT)、校正窦房结恢复时间 (CSNR)和窦房结传导时间 (SACT)。结果组间比较 ,牵拉前C组HR较A组减慢 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,牵拉时C组SNRT较B组显著延长 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,余各时点SNRT、SACT、CSNRT差异无显著性 ;组内比较 ,牵拉时三组HR均较牵拉前减慢 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,三组SNRT均较牵拉前明显延长 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,A组SACT、CSNRT较牵拉前明显延长 (P <O .0 1) ,C组SACF较牵拉前延长P <0 .0 5 )。结论牵拉胆囊可抑制窦房结功能 ;安氟醚麻醉不能避免牵拉胆囊对窦房结功能的抑制作用。Objective To study the effects of pulling gallbladder on SA node function. Methods Twenty - fourrabbits were randomly divided into three groups: control group, 0. 6MAC enflurane, 1. 3MAC enflurane group, anddetennined SA node function The gallbladder was exposed and pulled for ten minutes by 100g object. Heart rate(HR) ?sinus nodal recovery time (SNRT) correct sinus nodal recovery time (CSNRT) and sinoatnal conductiontime (SACr) were determined. Results The SNRL SCNRT-~SACr were no significant differences among the groupsat prepulling. The SNRT of every group was significantly greater at pulling prolonged than at prepulling( P <0.01) .The SACF..CSNRT of control group and SAC1~ of 1.3 MAC were significantly prolonged at pulling than at pre-pulling(P<0.05 or P<0.0l). Concluslon PullinggallbladderdepressedSAnodefountion. Enfluranedidn'tavoid the depression of SA node function when pull gallbladder. So it is pmdently that use suitable enflurane con-centration for patients who undergo operation of cholecystectomy.\;
