摘　　要：目的探讨 2型糖尿病患者的红细胞免疫功能。方法运用酶免疫测定法 (EIA)检测 2型糖尿病 36例及正常对照组 30例 ,对比观察两组对象的红细胞免疫粘附性 (RCIA)及红细胞膜免疫复合物 (CIConRM) ,并将糖尿病组RCIA与临床代谢指标进行直线相关分析。结果糖尿病组RCIA及CICOnRM均显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1及P <0 0 5 ) ,RCIA与病程及HbAlc成负相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论糖尿病患者存在红细胞免疫功能下降 ,其下降与病程及糖代谢控制不良有关。Objective To investigete the red-cell immune function in Type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods 36 cases of DM and 30 normal control of the red-cell immune adherence (RCIA) and circulation immune complex on red-cell were detected by EIA. Rectilinear relative analysis between RCIA and items of metabolism conditions were carried out in type 2 DM. Results RCIA and CIC on RM in type 2 DM group were reduced compared with that in normal control group ( P <0.01 and P <0.05). Rectilinear relative analysis showed that RCIA was negtively related to the duration of the disease and HbAlc ( P <0.01). Conclusion Red-cell immune function in type 2 DM is significantly decreased, which is associated with DM duration and worse of blood glucose metabolism.
