血清E_3、HPLRIA与Ⅲ级胎盘超声分亚型关系及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Ⅲ级胎盘超声分亚型与胎盘功能的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定 2 10例Ⅲ级胎盘超声分Ⅲ- 、Ⅲ0 、Ⅲ +型孕妇血清雌三醇 (E3 )、胎盘泌乳素 (HPL)。结果Ⅲ +型胎盘与Ⅲ- 、Ⅲ0 型胎盘相比 ,E3 、HPL显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ,Ⅲ - 、与Ⅲ0 相比无明显差异。结论Ⅲ级胎盘再分亚型有助于判断胎盘的生理病理状况 ,Ⅲ +型胎盘应尽快终止妊娠 ,建议将Ⅲ - 与Ⅲ0合成为Ⅲ- 。Objective To explore the relation of placental function and ultrasound subtypes of grade III placental. Methods Serum estriol(E 3), placenta prolactin (HPL) were detected with radioimmunological analysis (RIA) in 210 pregnant women with ultrasoun subtypes of Ⅲ - , Ⅲ 0 and Ⅲ +. Results The serum E 3, HPL were lowered significantly in pregnant women with grade Ⅲ + placenta than those with grade Ⅲ - , Ⅲ 0 placenta( P <0.01 ), while there were not obvious different between those with Ⅲ - and Ⅲ 0 placenta. Conclusion Subtyping of grade Ⅲ placenta is helpful to determine the physiopathological statement of placenta. The pregnant women with grade Ⅲ + placenta should be terminated pregnancy as soon as possible. We suggest that grade Ⅲ 0 should be combined to Ⅲ -.
