摘  要:井眼轨迹井下闭环控制技术是当前国内外钻井界乃至石油界的前沿技术 ,它的成功是钻井技术的一次革命。 90年代以来 ,基于经济方面的原因 ,大位移钻井成为人们优先考虑开采滩海和海洋油气田的方式 ,井下闭环可变径稳定器是解决目前大位移井存在的如怎样有效地给钻头施加钻压、克服摩阻、提高钻速等问题的关键。文章介绍了可变径稳定器的结构、工作原理及控制井眼轨迹的方法 ,这为解决我国大位移井 ,特别是滩海油气勘探、提高钻井机械钻速、降低钻井成本提供了一条有效的途径。The downhole closed loop control technique of well trajectory is an advanced te chnique followed with interest by domestic and foreign drilling circles,even by all the petroleum circles.Its successful development marked a revolution in dril ling technology.Since the 1990's,owing to economic reason,extended reach wells have been first considered to be used for developing the beach and offshore oil and gas fields and downhole closed loop variable gauge stabilizer is the key o f solving these problems,which are found in the extended reach wells at present ,such as how to exert weight on bit effectively,overcome frictional resistance a nd raise drilling speed,stc.The structure,working principle and well trajectory control method of the variable gauge stabilizer are introduced in the paper,thu s providing an effective way for solving the problem children of extended reach wells,especially for raising drilling speed and reducing drilling cost in beach and offshore oil and gas exploration in China.
